An integrative approach of several theoretical models are used for a reference and are inter-related.

  • The model recognizing trauma:

    • Psychological trauma related to being exposed to critical incidents as a direct victim or as a witness.

    • Psychological trauma related to work and relational dynamics (i.e. work harassments, bullying & mobbing, burnout, abrasive work environments…)

  • The model restoring resilience:

    • to strengthen inner and group skills/resources

    • to understand organisational resilience

  • The model promoting interculturality & diversity:

    • understanding and taking into account the high or low cultural contexts.

    • talking about working with diversity.

  • The model observing and understanding group & interpersonal psychodynamics:

    • group nonconscious mental representations, bias & meta-norms.

    • power, gender, individual & relational dynamics.
